Summary

This study looked at two different methods to help people recover from back surgery. One method uses a nerve block (an injection near the spine), and the other uses a combination of medicines including ketamine. The goal was to see which approach helps patients feel better and recover more comfortably. 62 adults who had back surgery took part in the study.
