Summary
This study looked at two different numbing injections (ELB and SPSIPB) to see which works better for pain after lung surgery. Sixty adults having video-assisted lung surgery received one of the two blocks. Researchers tracked pain levels, how much extra pain medicine was needed, and side effects like nausea. The goal is to find the best way to keep patients comfortable after surgery.
