This study looked at two different numbing injections (ELB and SPSIPB) to see which works better for pain after lung surgery. Sixty adults having video-assisted lung surgery received one of the two blocks. Researchers tracked pain levels, how much extra pain medicine was needed, and side effects like nausea.
