New nerve block challenge: which method eases back surgery pain best?

Summary
This study aims to compare two different ultrasound-guided nerve block techniques for pain relief after major back surgery. Researchers will enroll 80 adults undergoing elective lumbar spine surgery to see which method provides better pain control with fewer side effects. The goal is to help patients recover more comfortably with less need for opioid pain medication after their operation.
