Study tests which nerve block eases surgery pain better

Summary
This study aims to find which of two ultrasound-guided numbing injections works better for patients having thigh or knee surgery. Researchers will compare how easy it is for patients to get positioned for their spinal anesthesia and how long pain relief lasts after surgery. The trial will include 60 adults to see which method provides better pain control and patient satisfaction.
