Doctors test nerve monitors during common surgery

NCT ID NCT06805032

ENROLLING_BY_INVITATION Knowledge-focused Sponsor: Mayo Clinic Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study compares two medical devices that monitor nerve function during surgery when patients' arms are tucked at their sides. Researchers will test both devices on 40 patients undergoing cystoscopy procedures to see which provides more accurate measurements. The goal is to improve how doctors monitor nerve signals during operations without using muscle-relaxing drugs.
