This study looked at 60 adults who had chest surgery (thoracotomy) to see which nerve block method works better for pain relief. One group got a single nerve block, while the other got a combination of two blocks. Researchers measured pain scores and painkiller use over 72 hours after surgery to find the more effective approach.
