This study compares two nerve block methods (AFCN block vs. adductor canal block) for pain control in children aged 8-18 having ACL or MPFL knee surgery. Researchers will measure pain levels, opioid use, and muscle strength recovery. The goal is to find which block provides better pain relief and faster return to normal activity.
