Summary
This study tested two ways to numb the obturator nerve during bladder tumor surgery to prevent sudden leg muscle spasms that can cause complications. Sixty patients aged 50-80 were randomly assigned to receive either a single-injection or a two-injection nerve block. The goal was to see which method works better and is safer.
