Summary
This study looks at three different forms of levothyroxine (a thyroid hormone replacement) in 120 children with congenital hypothyroidism. Researchers want to see if a new oral solution works better or safer than the current liquid drops or tablets. The goal is to ensure normal growth and brain development while minimizing side effects.
