This study tested a faster way to give anesthesia medicines before placing a breathing tube. It compared giving two drugs at once versus the usual step-by-step method. The goal was to see which approach allows doctors to place the tube more quickly and safely. The study involved 154 adults who needed general anesthesia and had a higher risk of difficult intubation.
