Summary
This study compares a new drug, HS627, against an existing one, pertuzumab, when both are given with trastuzumab and chemotherapy before surgery for early or locally advanced HER2-positive breast cancer. The main goal is to see if HS627 can eliminate all signs of cancer in breast tissue after treatment. 408 participants are enrolled in this phase 3 trial.
