Summary

This study compared two different heart mapping systems (RHYTHMIA and CARTO) during repeat procedures for atrial fibrillation. Researchers wanted to see which system could better identify gaps in previous treatments and lead to better outcomes. The study involved 49 adults who needed a second procedure for their irregular heartbeat.
