First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study compares two 14-day treatments for H. pylori, a bacteria that can cause stomach ulcers and cancer. About 552 infected adults will get either a new triple therapy (bismuth, amoxicillin, vonoprazan) or the standard quadruple therapy. Researchers will check which treatment works better and is safer, and also look at how genes affect success.
