First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks at three simple tests—CARG, G8, and a frailty scale—to see which one best predicts chemotherapy side effects in people aged 65 and older with cancer. Researchers will assess 150 patients before they start treatment and track side effects. The goal is to help doctors choose the most accurate test to reduce harm from chemotherapy in older adults.
