New stomach surgery technique aims to cut reflux after cancer removal

Summary
This study compares two surgical methods for removing the upper part of the stomach in people with stomach cancer. The goal is to see which technique causes less acid reflux and improves quality of life. About 60 adults with early to advanced stomach cancer will take part. Researchers will monitor reflux, complications, and long-term survival.
