Researchers test which food questionnaires work best

NCT ID NCT02610023

Summary

This study aims to compare how accurately three different food questionnaires estimate people's intake of nutrients from fruits and vegetables. Researchers will have 100 healthy adults complete the questionnaires and compare the results to their actual diet records and blood measurements. The goal is to determine which questionnaire best captures what people really eat.
