First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining two types of attention-focus instructions (internal and external) in the same session works better than using them one after the other for improving arm and hand function in people who had a stroke within the past six months. About 36 adults aged 40-80 will participate. The goal is to find a more effective rehab approach during the early recovery window when the brain is most adaptable.
