First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study compared two types of feeding tubes used for long-term nutrition. The goal was to see if a newer, more expensive tube lasts longer and is more cost-effective than the standard one. The study planned to enroll adults needing tube feeding for over a year, but it was stopped early with only 7 participants.
