First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study compares two types of dissolvable stitches used after removing lower wisdom teeth. One type dissolves quickly, the other slowly. Researchers want to see if one leads to less bacteria and better healing. About 27 non-smoking adults will take part, and they will keep a diary of pain and medicine use for a week.
