NCT ID NCT07518524

First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study compares two recovery plans for people having heart surgery. One plan aims to remove the breathing tube soon after surgery, while the other aims to remove it even earlier, right in the operating room. Researchers will track complications like lung problems, pain, and nausea to see which plan is safer and leads to a faster recovery. The study involves 50 adults having specific types of heart surgery.
