New eye scanner tested for better lens surgery accuracy
NCT ID NCT05411341
Summary
This study compared two different eye measurement devices to see which one gives more accurate readings for people getting lens implant surgery for cataracts or age-related blurry vision (presbyopia). Doctors measured the eyes of 133 patients using both devices before their surgery. The goal was to help surgeons choose the right lens power and improve surgical outcomes.
