First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether a brief home strength program (FAST) improves leg function more than a standard online exercise class (BAND TOGETHER) in older adults who have trouble walking. About 702 people aged 65 and older with walking difficulty will participate. The goal is to see if a shorter, more focused routine helps people stick with it and try harder.
