Summary
This study looked at 174 healthy but inactive adults over 60 to compare six different programs that combine physical and mental activities. The goal was to see which approach best improves memory, flexibility, and physical fitness. Participants did one of the programs for three months, and their progress was measured before, after, and three months later.
