Summary
This study compares two drug combinations for people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. About 600 participants will receive either acalabrutinib plus venetoclax or venetoclax plus obinutuzumab. The goal is to see which combination better controls the disease and reduces cancer cells in the blood.
