First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tested three types of dental filling materials (preheated, sonic-activated, and flowable) in 36 people with cavities near the gum line. Over 12 months, dentists checked how well the fillings stayed sealed to the tooth. The goal was to find which material works best for these common cavities.
