New surgical technique for bladder prolapse tested against standard repair

Summary
This study compares a newer surgical method (transobturator cystocele repair) with the standard native tissue repair for fixing a bladder prolapse (cystocele) in women aged 50 and older. About 592 participants will be followed to see which approach better corrects the prolapse and has fewer complications. The goal is to improve surgical outcomes without using mesh.
