Summary
This study compares 3 versus 6 cycles of platinum-based chemotherapy before maintenance avelumab in 320 people with advanced bladder cancer. The main goal is to see which approach leads to better quality of life. Participants receive either 3 or 6 cycles of chemo, then avelumab every 2 weeks for up to 2 years.
