Summary
This study compares two non-drug treatments for chronic low back pain: Cognitive Functional Therapy (CFT) and Kinetic Control Training (KCT). About 70 adults aged 19-39 with pain lasting at least 3 months will attend sessions three times a week for eight weeks. Researchers will measure pain, disability, movement control, and thinking patterns to see which approach works better.
