First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 30, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study compares two types of tooth-colored filling materials for cavities between teeth. 54 healthy adults aged 18-60 received fillings using either a standard bulk-fill composite or a newer thermoviscous material. Researchers will check the fillings at 6 and 12 months for how well they stay in place, resist staining, and prevent new decay.
