Summary

This study looks at whether using a high-flow nasal cannula along with noninvasive ventilation helps people with acute respiratory failure breathe better than noninvasive ventilation alone. It will include 75 adults in the ICU. The main goal is to see if oxygen levels in the blood improve more with the combined approach.
