Blood clot risk study for trauma patients in critical condition

NCT ID NCT07290634

Summary

This study looks back at the medical records of severely injured trauma patients who needed massive blood transfusions. It compares two different drugs (PCC and rFVIIa) used to help the blood clot and stop bleeding. The main goal is to see which drug, if either, is linked to fewer dangerous blood clots while still helping patients survive.
