Summary

This study compares two biologic augmentation methods for repairing torn meniscus in the knee: bone marrow venting procedure (BMVP) and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection. The goal is to see which approach leads to better function and fewer re-tears. The trial enrolled 146 participants aged 16 and older with specific types of meniscal tears.
