Summary
This study looked at 230 children aged 3 months to 10 years who needed an MRI. Researchers compared two anesthesia methods: a combination of propofol and ketamine given through a vein, versus sevoflurane gas given through a face mask. The goal was to see which method allowed children to recover and go home faster and more safely.
