First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether a newer anesthesia drug, remimazolam, combined with alfentanil, is safer than the standard propofol combination for chest surgery. The goal is to see if it lowers the chance of low oxygen levels and low blood pressure during the procedure. About 50 adults aged 18-75 will take part, and their safety and recovery will be closely monitored.
