3D-Printed mesh may speed up jawbone graft surgery

Summary

This study tests whether a 3D-printed titanium mesh works better than a handmade one for rebuilding jawbone before dental implants. Thirty adults needing bone grafts will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods. Researchers will measure surgery time, healing, and bone growth over one year.
