Summary
This study compares 3 versus 6 cycles of platinum-based chemotherapy before maintenance treatment with avelumab in 320 people with advanced bladder cancer. The goal is to see if fewer chemotherapy cycles improve quality of life without affecting disease control. Participants receive either 3 or 6 cycles of chemo, followed by avelumab every 2 weeks for up to 2 years.
