Summary

This study compares different FDA-approved drugs for a type of bladder cancer that hasn't spread into the muscle. About 125 adults whose previous treatment with BCG didn't work will receive either a newer gene therapy or standard drugs. The goal is to see which treatment better prevents the cancer from coming back or spreading.
