Summary

This study looks at whether adding a family doctor to a rheumatology team can improve care for other health issues in people with rheumatoid arthritis. About 199 adults with rheumatoid arthritis will have their vaccination, heart, and bone health checked by a special family doctor clinic. The goal is to see if this teamwork helps close gaps in preventing infections, heart disease, and weak bones.
