NCT ID NCT06579222
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a family doctor to a rheumatology team can help people with rheumatoid arthritis get better care for other health problems like infections, heart disease, and weak bones. About 199 adults with rheumatoid arthritis will have their regular rheumatologist send their health info to a special family doctor clinic. The family doctor will check if they need vaccines, heart screenings, or bone density tests, and recommend changes. The study will measure how many health gaps are fixed within 6 months.
