Summary

This study tests whether a peer-led community program can help more Black men in Prince George's County, Maryland, start taking PrEP—a daily pill that prevents HIV. Participants will attend events focused on reducing HIV stigma and building social support. Researchers will compare how many people in the program versus a control group get a PrEP prescription and stick with it for 6 months.
