Frontline health workers take on silent killer in major nepal trial
NCT ID NCT06081010
Summary
This study is testing whether trained community health workers can help people in Nepal better manage high blood pressure. Over 3,500 adults with high blood pressure will either receive regular home visits and group meetings from a community worker for a year, or continue with usual care. Researchers will compare which approach leads to better blood pressure control and is more practical to run.
