Summary
This study aims to learn the best way to help people with non-medical issues that affect their health, like food insecurity or trouble getting medical care. Researchers will compare the support from trained community health workers to simply giving people informational reading materials. They are recruiting 900 adults and teens from specific Florida communities to see which approach improves participants' overall well-being and access to care.
