This study looks at whether eating lunch and dinner at a subsidized community dining site encourages older adults with prediabetes to walk more after meals and improves their blood sugar levels. Participants, aged 60 to 79, will spend six days eating at the community site and six days eating at home, wearing a glucose monitor and activity tracker throughout.
