Can a 9-Week bike program get more people cycling for good?
NCT ID NCT07005674
Summary
This study is testing whether a 9-week group cycling program is better than a single training session at helping adults who don't cycle regularly to start cycling more often. Researchers will compare the two approaches to see which one leads more people to cycle weekly after a year, and which improves health and wellbeing. The study also aims to understand the program's costs and how well it works in real community settings.
