New community approach fights high blood pressure
NCT ID NCT06122246
Summary
This study is testing two team-based approaches to help people control their high blood pressure in community settings. Researchers are comparing remote blood pressure monitoring with medical support alone, versus adding a community health worker to help with social needs. They want to see which approach works better than standard screening and referral to a doctor.
