NCT ID NCT07074743
First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a special care bundle given at home can help heal pressure injuries (bedsores) and stop new ones from forming in older adults. About 216 people who recently left the hospital with a bedsore will take part, along with their caregivers. Half will get the new care plan, and half will get usual care. The study will check healing over 6 weeks and see how well caregivers learn to manage the sores.
