Summary

This study is testing a new digital feedback tool called the 'Communication Compass.' It aims to help internal medicine residents improve how they explain things and give advice to patients. The tool provides personalized, timely feedback on their communication skills during training exercises. Researchers will measure if residents' skills improve after using the feedback reports.
