Summary
This study is testing whether group classes teaching 'Nonviolent Communication' skills can help parents feel less stressed, anxious, or depressed. Researchers in Hong Kong will enroll 172 parents who report these symptoms and have children in primary school. One group will attend six weekly training sessions right away, while another waits and receives the training later, to compare the effects on mental well-being.
