Side-Lying exam could ease Women's fear of Check-Ups

Summary

This study is testing if performing a pelvic exam while a woman lies on her side is a good alternative to the traditional position. The goal is to see if this side-lying position is more comfortable and less stressful, which could help women feel better about getting regular check-ups. Researchers will enroll 564 women to see how well the exam works in this new position and measure both patient and doctor satisfaction.
