Summary
This study compares how comfortable two different automatic positive airway pressure (PAP) machines feel for people newly diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea who have never used PAP therapy before. Participants will try each device for 4 days at home and rate their comfort. The goal is to see which machine people prefer, which could help improve treatment comfort and adherence.
